“I am a passionate professional cook with 12 years of experience in the gastronomic industry.
I started my culinary career in Argentina where I was born. After studying and working in well-known restaurants I started to travel. I worked in Uruguay for two summers at Isla de Flores Restaurant and later moved to San Francisco, where I worked in fine dining restaurants, such as Fifth Floor and Chiaroscuro.
I set base in New York six years ago and since then I’ve been working in all kinds of restaurants like Commerce, Il Buco Alimentari, I was part of the opening crew of ABC Cocina and De Maria, and Chez Ma Tante in Greenpoint.”
